No change in weight, which I'm ok with. Leaving the Keto diet now that I've lost 1/2 the weight I wanted to lose and switching to a slower, hopefully more heart healthy WOE. Going with the DASH format for awhile. Still going to eat healthy, but less fat, more fruit and veggies & fiber. If I can still lose weight this way I'll be happier as I have less food restrictions this way. My body just doesn't react well over long term time with artificial sweeteners. I just have to continue to weigh myself, make HEALTHY choices, avoid sugars, fried foods, fatty and high calorie stuff and pre-packaged foods full of chemicals. Don't think I'll add back corn nor pasta...I don't miss those items and they are empty carbs for me.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love your thinking 🤔! I’ve actually put the scales away! After years of daily weighing, weekly weighing, or when I think of it, I know that my perception of self was tied to the “number”. So, rather than a restrictive regime, I too choose to eat foods that nourish my body and soul! A lot of folks here follow Keto WOE ie: Atkins back in day, and it works but is it permanent? Denying fruits, carby foods, etc imo can only work for so long. Then it’s the slippery slope which often as not results back to weight gain and self hate (failure). Every day is a new beginning, and I choose to accept Me and not stress over every little thing including analyzing every bite that goes into my mouth. Hugs 🤗 to all and peace ✌️!

Yep, I have done Atkins/Keto several times. I cannot stay on it long term, but my problem was went I left low carb I tried to make up for the deprivation by eating everything I wasn't allowed to eat before. My headspace is different this time. Just because I can eat unhealthy doesn't mean I should. As long as I continue to be mindful of my food choices and make myself think about my diet choices I think I can stay healthier this go round.
