Down a few more #s, Have been increasing my time at GYM and trying to watch Carb intake, need to get down in weight before Holidazze..As I know I can't resist....Party on!!!!
And I'm Do N OK !!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 205.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
