It has been a whirlwind with the kids getting back to school and throwing my established schedule out of whack. Looks like I was still able to lose a little, but I need to pay more attention.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
