I slacked off on the IF because, well, birthday, and I was running out of energy for my workouts , which is bad.

...and I’m down to my lowest weight.

I’m figuring out how to reconstruct my IF with workouts, like no IF the day before workouts, and 16:8 the days I do workout (4 days a week).
173.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
