i weighed 3 times this morning..just to make sure it wasnt the scales playin tricks with me...and it still comes up with the same number...so im takin it...and moving on....must be them crunches thats helpin the weight...i sure hope so, cause them are easy to do...just have trouble rememberin when im countin if its 200, or 300 when i stop to take a break an then start up again between sets...lol...
287.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ty everyone...guess its all the crunches i have been doing every morning that is helping me...only thing i can really think tht is helping...and if thats what it takes...no problm...il keep doing them...lol..

hard to believe that 12 more pounds an i will be at 100 pound lost...just amazes me to see myslf doing this at times...especially when i think bck before i started and how heavy i was and at that time had no desire to even think about gettin healthy like i am now...i do things now that back then...i wouldnt have even thought about doing, cause i just new i couldnt do it...just amazing!!!!! to be on a different journey in life...an be happy with myslf to...
