I have to get a grip on this. Just going up and down is very frustrating!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Thank you and no I have not been logging, but I have been weighing. I will see the diabetic nurse next week and hope that she can help. I tend to diet for a few weeks and then stop.

When you are diabetic, you are not on a “DIET”. A diet has an end point. You are on a lifestyle change that includes improving your way of eating, managing your weight if that is an issue and increasing your exercise level. Fighting diabetes is a fight for your life.
