Yesterday was an odd eating and activity day. We skipped dinner because we had huge chef salads for lunch after church. I ate under goal for the day, met my protein goal but didn't try to meet my activity goals. BF down 0.8% and is less than 0.5% out of range. You're probably right John, it's a short term blip... but it's still nice when the blip is down not up...😉👍 Hope your week and month ahead go well too!!

Good plan to skip dinner after a big lunch. What a nice loss! Sometimes you just can't meet the activity goals, 5 days a week is about all I manage.
