Went running three days in a row - two weeks until 5K race and less than 6 until half marathon - hoping to get 10 pounds off before half marathon - really notice the extra weight I've put back on!!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
