Been doing low carb since Monday. today is Wednesday and I’m down 3.4 lbs already!! Ready to keep this going. Truly hoping to lose 15 lbs this month. My boss took a picture of me yesterday and I was absolutely mortified!! I feel like it lit an extra spark for me!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
