AM weigh in. 6.5 hrs sleep. Stained deck for 5 hrs yesterday. Been staying low carb since I haven't got to the gym, eating 2 meals per day, and drinking about 32oz of green tea the last few days.
263.6 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do both, more cold lately. I just use Bigelow organic green tea..
