top weight was 248 lost down to 236..5 have lost 4 lbs in 4 days since counting calories and working out. i dont feel like im suffdering and dont feel hungry i fedel very proud of myself
232.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations! I've been in the same situation before. I safely was able to lose 21 lbs. in 2 months by constantly sipping water between each bite of food. Most of the time I was too full to finish my meal!
