Saw my PCP today... she said, “Wow! You ok great! What program are you doing?”

I also weighed in at 182.2lbs on her scale, which always weighs heavy. Weighed in at 180.2 at home at midday, post workout. Last time I was on her scale, I was over 200.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
