Followed my calories 100% but weight was up. Still have stomach issues from flu and weighed pre p so not going to fret.
Bought fruit and other healthy carbs for the week so I am going to stick to calorie count and moderate exercise and weight work every other day and see what happens in a week.
119.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
