Ok, that was a good week, but as I kinda played the numbers last week (I weighted in after almost 20 hours of fasting and an hour long jogging), it was to be expected.

I feasted (yeah, yeah, not fasted, FEASTED) a bit yesterday but was good overall for the Week before. So I figure that I'm still shedding that vacay weight.
