First time below 170 in 25 years!!!

5 lbs to reach initial goal, likely final goal will be 155.

Strict KETO with intermittent fasting and extended fasts (longest so far 4 days)

Constantly changing up my weekly schedule so my body doesn't get adjusted to it. Every couple of months a week of eating 2 meals a day in a 6-8 hour window and usually see a drop afterward if I was stalled.

T2 Diabetes reversed from 12.5 A1C to normal in 3 1/2 months. Off of all meds. Digestive tract issues cleared up. Energy level up. Sleeping all night restored.

Life is great!
169.9 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I didn't realize there were comments until today. Someone asked if I was doing no carbs at all. No. I range between 10 and 20 net carbs. I am not recording my foods, I've just learned the measurements and what I can and can't eat to keep my glucose numbers down. Also I am fasting a good amount. Often alternate day fasting, i.e. I will eat two meals in about a 4-6 hour period of time, fast the rest of that day and skip a full day of eating and the eat two meals again the second day. Some times I'll go 2-3 days straight fast.
