was nice to walk this morning..even though it was inside as im still on meds and not to be in the direct sunlight...i miss that..but im sure it will all come in due time...first thing i did when i got home was change socks an get dry ones on...have a great day everyone!!!!
290.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, good job on getting that walking back going! Keep taking good care of them feet... it's tough to walk much when they hurt.

thanks everyone...just woke up from fallin asleep on the floor...lol...i did a dumbbell bench press routine...and after the workout, guess i was so relaxed i fell asleep...lol...

i think its just cause i started walkin again..and after the walk i got on the floor an did another workout...just my body gettin use to it all again...

Hey! I just noticed that you have just five (5) pounds to go! Good for you - Buster! You are almost "there." If you are one of my buddies who has indicated that you have set mini goals - then you are STILL almost there - and you can you can be almost there again after having met the mini goal! Does that make sense?
