First day home after 12 days on vacation. I ate TONS of carbs & didn't count calories, ran 4 times. Gained 3.5 pounds. I'm ok with that because I know I can start back on Atkins today & get back to 117 fairly quickly.
120.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
