I have been sooooo sick for a whole week. Craving nothing but carbs! Chicken noodle soup, potatoes, toast, etc. :( Hopefully things will clear up in a few days and I will get back on track.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Sorry u have had such a tough week. Is it the flu? Take care of yourownself, and then you can get back to where you left off. Maybe you might like to switch to a diet that is not so lop-sided? :)
