To borrow a term from Futbol: GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL! (repeat incessantly.) Wow! From June 3rd to August 12, I lost 45.5 pounds!
199.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
