I'm doing pretty good. I'm failing on the water but I'm doing great on the diet. I'm exercising everyday but I'd like to step it up a bit. Still going strong!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Tip everytime you let water out put some in ,it really works' First things first in the mornings have water before any food.
