After reading a T-Nation article about taking all or some of your omega 3 fish oil before bed, I'm giving it a try. Supposedly lowers cortisol. No harm in trying since I take it everyday anyway. 🐠 🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🛢🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️
