Pfff! Ever since I have dropped counting calories, things are not working well. I am up to 3 tbsp oil a day with the necessary 2 hour window. During the day it's going okay, but even WHEN I eat my meal, it seems so hard to stop eating one little thing after another. Evenings are worse. Of course, I realise that I am not always following my no-hunger que. Also: I keep sticking to this Brkfst-lunch-dinner mandatory tradition....maybe I should consider Seth Roberts' way (at one point he only ate one meal in 2 days) and skip the meals I am not hungry for.... but what will that do to my metalbolism...?
