Week 4 of dannette May challenge. Day 23/30 day challenge. Missing my evening cocktail and morning coffee but lowest I’ve weighed in years. 5 mile run yesterday. Ab work in morning started 4 days ago. Measurements and official weigh in 8 days!!! Officially group challenge ends on July 2 but I started early. I’m feeling so hopeful.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 166.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
