another pound off...guess switching to the elliptical and doing a higher resistance it helping...sure makes me break out a good sweat...lol..

Happy Friday Mike! You are doing an AWESOME job! I am still using my eliptical too and when I get it up around 15-17 it really does work up a sweat! -- and I have been trying to go backwards on it for 5 minutes to work on other muscle groups - I am sure I look like a real dork - but that is the beauty of doing it in your own home, no one sees me! Have a fantastic weekend!
