I have never thought that I would be this fat or lazy. I never wanted this! Today I am changing my life though. I already have made many lifestyle changes since I moved last Thursday, and I know I can succeed in loosing this weight. Here are my guidelines and goals:

Everyday Food Plan: B - Coffee/Tea L - Soup D - Salad with 1 Bread S - Fruit TOTAL: 800ish
2 liters of water Update food journal daily 30 minute walk everyday Increasing Crunches, Lunges, Push-ups
Before you know it I will be thin!
