I have never thought that I would be this fat or lazy. I never wanted this! Today I am changing my life though. I already have made many lifestyle changes since I moved last Thursday, and I know I can succeed in loosing this weight. Here are my guidelines and goals:

140 by Friday
130 by Christmas

Everyday Food Plan:
B - Coffee/Tea
L - Soup
D - Salad with 1 Bread
S - Fruit
TOTAL: 800ish

2 liters of water
Update food journal daily
30 minute walk everyday
Increasing Crunches, Lunges, Push-ups

Before you know it I will be thin!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
