Almost 15lbs down! (14.8)

I’m going 5 lbs at a time as mini goals, so I’ve reached two mini goals and am .2 from the third!

IF has really helped. Now I just need to motivate my tush to get to the gym.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
