I am finding positives and enjoyment in reorganizing my house and throwing away tons of (junk) old stuff. A Fat Secret contributer got me started and I am so thankful that I am really ready to get rid of my hoarded accummulation. I have more energy since really getting with Atkins again and am more optimistic about getting things done. My weight loss is not fast, nor did I expect it to be at age 61. I am feeling good, my tummy is a bit flatter, my clothes fit better, and I am gradually going down. Yeah!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
