116 lbs even. no gym for past 3 days. going to try cutting out heavy whipping cream & replacing it with half & half & replacing almond butter with pb2 to lower fat a bit. based on the past, I lost more weight with a lower % of fat than atkins suggests (60-65% is they're suggestion).
116.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1816 kcal Fat: 112.32g | Prot: 140.94g | Carb: 84.19g.   Breakfast: canola mayo, egg, pepitas. Lunch: darigold half & half, Low Carb Italian Stuffed Mushrooms, stevia, 100% Pure Pumpkin. Dinner: hazelnut bar atkins, bertolli olive oil, frozen shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Mini Babybel Light Original, Sugar Free Chocolates, Celery, pb2, SPECTRUM COCONUT OIL, Atkins Peanut Butter Bar. more...
