Got round two of shingles vaccine yesterday. Weight gain surprised me. I’m assuming it’s all water.

191.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb. Still to go: 21.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I visited the CDC website for information about the new Shingrix vaccine. Water retention is not one of them nor is any other weight related issue. Probably a coincidence with your weight gain. I am a pharmacist.
