Battling severe insulin resistance. Strategy is to simply keep on doing what it right until my body gives in. My clothes are fitting more loosely even with the minimal weight loss and I'm feeling immensely better all around.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
