First goal met!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made it to 160. New goal is 150.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice work. Before focusing on your next goal, take some time to give yourself a pat on the back. I know we're always pushing ourselves, but it does pay to stop and think about what we did right.
