Still on a plateau (I think I went down a little under this weight this week but it came back). Went to the dojo twice this week and ran 20 km already. I will go for a third run tomorrow.

Me too! I feel that my scale is broken. It hasn’t moved from 60kg for almost 2 months. I workout 30 min everyday, and have a deficit of 500 to 650 calories per day. I eat very well, all healthy, home cooked. I just indulge in some fries from time to time. I reduced my salt by 50%. I don’t know what to do 🙁

Hi Bianca, not sure there is something to do, you know what they say, the idiot box is idiot! :o) You might be gaining muscle at the same rate that you are losing fat, or your body has t adjust to something new. Keep doing what you know works for you, as long as you feel good, results will come! Good luck to you too. Thank you!
