Oops. Forgot to weigh until halfway through breakfast and after drinking a whole can of Vanilla Coke Zero. Was also half dressed. Guessing closer to 119-119.5ish.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Easily half to a pound lighter. 12 oz of fluid is over half a pound right there.

Not sure why I keep forgetting lately. I shucked the heavy sweats but kept on the shirt, underthings, glasses, Watch etc. I think I’ll set a reminder like the app keeps asking me to do.
