PM weigh in. 16 hrs fasted. 7.5 hrs sleep. Made some bone broth yesterday to have during these 5/2 days. Turned out delicious.
282.8 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
