DETERMINATION AND CONSISTENCY...is all it takes...im down another pound finally and its nice to be in new territory that i havnt seen in a very long time...guess maybe all the hi intensity workouts are payin off after all...i can tell a difference in how i feel after i do my morning walk an my workouts now....
305.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 June 2008:

Oh, you're so right!!! I wish everyone on FS who wants to lose more faster would read your journals!!! I seem to look at your "complete weight history" every so often just because it represents the definition of DETERMINATION AND CONSISTENCY!!! You are awesome!!!

It was great to read this morning about how working out has been successful for you. Then I took a look at your whole chart and saw your progress is phenomenal! You are really amazing! I will read back over your journal for inspiration.

thanks everyone for your comments...im just about 10 pounds from hittin my next mini goal and now im gettin anxious to reset it already...lol...i really think the more intense workouts is whats helping me...im sweating like i need to...to burn them calories...thanks again for all the great support...
