aBitFat's Journal, 15 February 2019

Having a hard time keeping the good intentions. Dug a few times in the nutella pot and had deserts a little too often. But I keep training regularly (jogging 3-4 times a week, between 7.5 and 12 km each time and judo once a week, 1.5h each times). So I figure it's just a matter of time (and me keeping away from sweets a little more)! It might be in my head, but with that work out regimen, I feel like I'm always hungry... and some times its hard to make the right decision, so I end up with something sweet or not the healthy choice.
Keep it up FatSecreters!

Hi Moufette, I'm already eating a lot of nuts and yhe beef jerky from the store is so full of... Well, let's say that they don't use the nicest bits of meat. Bit I have a home recipe, I should definitely make a new batch! Thanks for the ideas!

Hi Moufette, I'm Canadian. No Keto thought, but trying to stay away from free sugar as much as I can. I'll check NaturalMarket.ca for sure. At the same time, having been a cook in a former life, I got a few great recipes for home made beefjerky. I should just get off my lazy a.. and make a batch for the nest few months. :o) Take care!
