I am lifting weights and doing some strengthening cardio. I wonder if it is muscle and not fat, since I am losing inches.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
