I haven't OMAD since Thursday. And I just finished my moon cycle. These numbers are not very reliable. Lol. I refute them! 3 pounds up? That makes no sense. Ugh. This is exactly why I should completely break up with the scale. Now I feel crappy, and I'm questioning all of the progress I see and feel. I don't know why I am set on doing a monthly weigh in. It's such a diet mentality, you know.

I've been doing monthly weigh ins since 2013. I have an excel that has tracked my monthly weight since then. I like to look at it sometimes and see the trends and patterns across the years. Yes, it's very data nerdy stuff. I know. I like to geek out on it. But is it worth the self-deprication that occurs on days like this when the scale goes the wrong way?

I feel stuck in my scale routine. What an emotional rollercoaster.

People, my underwear falls off! I'm using things now for the last time because I am losing so many inches, and I'm swimming in clothes! Things I bought last fall are HUGE! It's been so positive and lovely!! And now this. 3 pounds up.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 75.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
