up today, going to continue to watch carbs & cut back on calories
114.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1411 kcal Fat: 84.40g | Prot: 120.29g | Carb: 66.00g.   Breakfast: HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE SHAKE, canola mayo, egg yolk, 4% knudsen cottage cheese. Lunch: sargento reduced fat swiss, high fiber tortilla,  deli forest ham. Dinner: bertolli olive oil, high fiber tortilla, kraft finely shredded cheddar. Snacks/Other: Egg Yolk , Canola Mayonnaise, Mini Babybel Light Original, PEANUT BUTTER BAR, Celery. more...
