I haven't entered a weight for over two weeks because I didn't want my chart going up again. Is that denial or cheating? I think it is just cheating because I was fully aware of how much I weighed. I wanted that green arrow back. I was going to wait until Saturday to weigh, but I am going to go to a meal at my boss's house tonight and his wife is an excellent cook. They are Greek and this will be my first Greek food. Bad isn't it, I am pleased I just lost some weight and now I am anticipating putting it back on. I think I will have to really try not to blow it tonight as I have worked too hard to loose.

Any one else have a Wii and Wii Fit? It is fun. Last night was the first time in over a year that I have done anything close to working out. It starts off really basic, but that is what I need, but even those basic exercises are hard. I look like a real nut standing on the balance board wiggling my hips to make my Mii on the tv catch and spin hula hoops:P It helps me do Yoga, strength, aerobic, and balance training. There are games and exercises. It is no replacement for getting outside, but it is another option. Interestingly the balance board said I weighed exactly what my other scales did.

Just had some chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling. Wasn't worth it! Must remember it very rarely is.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
