Why is it that every time I have a few drinks I drop about 2 pounds? 🤔 Makes no sense to me
115.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Alcohol is a diuretic. Ever wonder why you have to pee so much when drinking? The water weight returns in a day or two and the body usually overcompensates which is why weight usually jumps up a few days after drinking.

Adam you’re right. The only thing is that I was drinking water while I was drinking and didn’t go to the bathroom much because I don’t like “breaking the seal” lol! I jumped up 1 pound today thoughy
