Sunday was an VERY LAZY day... i was very grumpy and tired... i pulled call all weekend and didnt get much sleep on sat night. so my eating habits suffered for it...back on the ball to day though and my overall weightloss for the week is with in my challenge parimeters so I feel OKAY about the slight gain when I weighed in today. all is GOOD
194.2 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
