Better today, worse tomorrow.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jo, on this cabbage soup diet page it is possible that I just accepted to be your Buddy!!!! The diet this time was fantastic!!!! I was VERY hungry much of the time and Sunday, the last day, ate cherries and a whole cup(raw, then cooked) of brown rice. Started at 179, finished today at 173. Sunday was down to 171, but got very little sleep before Monday weigh in, dogs barking etc. I already feel so much better than before starting this all. Some unusual things have been happening. Day before starting the diet chipped a front tooth and look like a hillbilly. Wednesday lost one of the two diamonds from my engagement ring..........was at home when I realized it, just coming back from YMCA zumba...... Tom found it on the kitchen floor!!!!! Saturday attended contra dancing and had left car lights on from driving in in the rain. Easily jumped it, but still...... know you will eat prudently tomorrow, right? Babs

Hi, I am not hungry.... but I graze on the soup and the veggies in the soup most of the day. I feel better as well. I sleep less, wake easier, and have more energy
