A nice weekend - took it easy and got lots of rest - working on a baby blanket I'm knitting for
a friend - keeps my hands busy in the evening! another loss today almost 1/2 pound - I'm checking
every day right now with the switch from calories to points to make sure I don't go offtrack but it
seems to be working - interesting that I am doubling my calorie points but still losing! Yay!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 165.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1678 kcal Fat: 26.76g | Prot: 57.20g | Carb: 339.52g.   Breakfast: Health Warrior Chia Seeds, publix quick cooking oats, kirkland frozen berries, unsweetened almond milk, flax seed, sweet and low, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch: publix light wheat bread, polaner sugar free. Dinner: black beans, salsa, baked potato. Snacks/Other: watermelon, banana, asian pear. more...
