1 more pound to go until I get to officially “Over-weight”. I know it’s just a number, but the anticipation is palpable.

197.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week

I can't wait to get to obese so I know how you probably feel. Right now over-weight is just a dream but I look forward to it anyway!
