Feeling a little swollen today. Need to drink more h2o!
118.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It did, but then I didn’t drink enough water over the weekend. Plus I ate more carbs than usual so that messed me up. Drank almost a gallon today. Hoping to get a gallon in tomorrow!

I am! I’m doing cyclical Keto, remember? I just struggle with the water intake. Maybe I should set an alarm or something.
