weighed in today..just to see..i weighed in yesterday as well i was down to 308..sunday or monday i was up to 316 or so..but if figured out it was from the skim milk i was drinkin mixed with my protein mix..skim milk is 13 carbs i think..an the protein mix i use is 5 carbs i think..so right ther i was way off course..and i also have a cookie and sherbert addiction im tryin to break..so no a slight gain this week..but over all..ive figured out my problems..and movin in the down direction again this week..a tweak here an ther..to get bck on track again..
308.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well, at least your back down... break that addiction NOW.. I stopped eating the splenda pkts.. so I know you can stop the insanity as well!!!!

i have cut down alot from what it was..it just takes time..im workin on it..lol..really...im serious..quit laughin..i have on the sherbert..im down to nothing on it..now for the cookies..i only eat 2 a day...thats not bad..lol..some of them great value..what a name for cookies..great value peanut butter creme cookies..them cheap ones where you get 3 rolls in a package..and on th bottom shelf to so you get a workout bendin down to get em at walmart...see even walmart makes me get a workout ...lol..

Here's what you can do... if you really like those pb cookies... go buy you some pb.. eat it off the spoon.. if that doesn't help, then add a little unsweetened bakers chocolate and a pk of splenda.. you'll curb your cravings w/out all those nasty carbs!!

for me atkins is all new, just like when i first started bck in june of 2007 using my eating habits..now im relearning all over again..so its gonna take me a few days, weeks, to get into a grove..but i will do it!!!!! because i kno i can do it!!!!!

At least you're back down, that was a big spike up, must have been water weight too. You can do this, just lay off them cookies!

I'm sure when you eliminate the high-carb foods you will see a loss. It is quite detrimental to cheat on this diet. I'm sure once you work things out you'll do much better. You can do it!

Figuring out a new diet takes some gettin' used to and I'd say you're pickin' up just fine. You have some great supporters and advisers with some killer tips. I have no doubt that you'll be down by next week! Keep up the hard work, ...lovin' lorik's peanut butter snack idea!! Have a great weekend!

my protein mix came today..and they sent a sample of a protein bar..and just guess what flavor it is??????? power crunch nutrition bar....its peanut butter creme....how odd huh...lol
