WOW! Shocked that I only gained under 2lbs after 2 weeks of bad eating. Had 2200 calories yesterday, over 300 net carbs on the trip home. The jogging in Baltimore must have helped! Back on track starting today.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
