So I GAINED WEIGHT!! YIKESSS!! So sad to see the numbers increase but I take full responsibility the month of AUGUST was just not one ounce of diet- well maybe a little bit but I did EAT everything & anything I wanted. So when I first started my diet/change of lifestyle it was June 4th- I lasted till about Aug 4th ish maybe a little longer and lost a total of 33 lbs- then went off the deep end. So Today is September 4th I felt it was time to see the numbers on the scale go DOWN & STAY DOWN, plus school started, summers over, fall is starting & I think the time is right to get back on track. So heres to the next 17 days cycle 1 has begun!!
