Day 3 - Went for a 4 mile run yesterday - sore as can be .
Sticking to calorie counting - realized that even though I was eating super
healthy my portions were way over the top and I needed to start charting again.
Amazing how many calories in some beans! Week 2 of vegan.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 166.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
